Meanwhile, below are the steps on how to accomplish the documents:

 

  1. The documents from 1 to 4 should be finalized on papers bearing the Client’s letterhead
  2. Submit the documents to the Philippine Overseas labor Office (POLO) and Philippine Embassy nearest your job site for authentication. 
  3. Once completed, the originals should be sent to us by courier that we can in turn submit to POEA.
  4. The process of the authentication with the Philippine Embassy in the respective area is 5 to 7 working days and having the same time line in processing the registration with POEA provided all documents are in order.
